MICHAEL LINDBERG is an Assistant Professor of Geography at Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois. He is the coauthor of Navies and Shipbuilding Industries (Praeger, 1996) and author of several articles in naval journals.DANIEL TODD is Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. He is the coauthor of Navies and Shipbuilding (Praeger, 1996) and The World Aircraft Industry (Auburn House, 1986).
