Noel's background includes founding and successfully growing a software development consultancy. The company focuses on delivering Web and enterprise-level applications. His hands-on experience includes the full range of Microsoft technologies including ASP.NET, Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server, and the many different versions of Windows.
