Recenzii

'The political economy behind trade policy formulation becomes increasingly complex in a world featuring the continued expansion of international supply chains. By contextualizing a number of recent and high profile EU antidumping and safeguard disputes concerning the integration of China into the global economy, Jappe Eckhardt's delightful case studies bring this phenomenon to life.' Chad P. Bown, The World Bank
'Jappe Eckhardt's Business Lobbying and Trade Governance: The Case of EU-China Relations skillfully demonstrates how new patterns of international production are dramatically changing the political economy of trade. Eckhardt's persuasive analysis of high-profile disputes involving Europe and China makes a valuable contribution to our understanding of contemporary trade relations.' Jeffrey L. Dunoff, Temple University, USA
'With this carefully crafted volume, Jappe Eckhardt breaks new ground in the study of trade politics. For all too long, scholars have not paid sufficient attention to how changes in the patterns of international trade and production impact on trade politics. We understand trade policy-making better thanks to Eckhardt's work.' Andreas Dür, University of Salzburg, Austria
