Butterflies Among Us

As a health and fitness professional since 1990 I have worked with many people through various stages in their lives. This has allowed me to gain insight through the perspective of so many personalities and so many different experiences that we all struggle in many ways at some point in our lives. I have developed the characters in my debut novel Butterflies Among Us not around my fitness profession but around life to allow the reader to retrieve whatever insightful and empowering messages they may need on any given day and through any life changing experience. My business as a trainer is built on trust. My clients will testify to the fact that together we successfully adapt a change in thinking and break down the barriers that stand in the way of physical and emotional health through proper nutrition and exercise. But as a writer I truly shine, I feel, in my ability to help you see the best in every situation no matter how tragic. We are all here to learn, grow and inspire others.
