MONSTERS ARE NOT BORN... THEY ARE MADE In the year 2015, the world is overrun by a terrorist group known as S.C.A.R. The last piece of freedom is a little part of the United States' west coast that has been renamed the Free World. The only thing that is stopping S.C.A.R. from overrunning the Free World is their super-soldier Cable. He is a half-man, half-machine who has found only one purpose in life, to kill any threat he sees, by any means possible. During one of their missions, Cable and his men come across a time machine made by the enemy. Knowing the location of one of their experiential sites, Cable volunteers himself to go back in time to stop the terrorist group before it starts. Before he can find what he's looking for, he discovers that the enemy also has a time machine along with vital information that can stop Cable. Will S.C.A.R. complete their mission of world domination, or will the terrorist group crumble by the hands of Cable?
