Caged by Kidney Failure "Does anyone can have kidney failure?" The name of my disease was (CKD) Chronic kidney Disease sometime also called renal disease. Chronic Kidney Failure was incurable. Onset of the symptoms, in order to keep living, those with (CKD) Chronic Kidney Disease had to be on dialysis, have a transplant, or die. Hence, connected to dialysis machines on long-term dialyzes, you are scheduled for 4 hours and 3 days per week. How CDK patient can manage living with the illness the rest of life. How can someone call that living? Is there a bright freshness? Strange...With the current medical technology, there is no cure for kidney failure available to improve the quality of life, live better or, save lives. I felt caged like a bird in a cage by the dialyzes treatment since I was diagnosed and quickly admitted with pulmonary, edema and respiratory distress.
