Dr Gill Constable is a qualified social worker and lectures in Social Work at Glasgow Caledonian University. Gill's specialist interests are in the development of skills and the integration of theory, older people, biographical approaches, dementia studies, safeguarding adults, and the development of resilience. Dr Constable's publications include "Working with Difference" in Safeguarding Adults in Social Work; "Older People" in Equality and Diversity in Social Work Practice; "Reflection as a Catalyst for Change" in Reflective Practice in Social Work; and "Case Recording and Report Writing Skills" and "Self-Presentation" in Social Work Skills with Adults.
