"How do I know if this product is really natural?" This is a question I have been asked often when I talk about my journey to a natural lifestyle. While there are organizations that monitor companies who manufacture natural body care products and cosmetics, it is difficult for the consumer to read the label unless they are familiar with the ingredients that go into the product. In this book you will find a list of common ingredients used in bath and body care products, their function in the product and potential risks associated with the products. I started researching natural products to treat a condition that developed on my face from a drug interaction. I have compiled notes from my personal research into this book.
