is
the

of
more
than
a
dozen
books,

Government
and
Politics,Environmental
Politics

Policy,
andUnderstanding
the
European
Union(all
from
Red
Globe
Press).
He
has
taught
courses
at multiple
universities
in
North
America
and
Europe, has
visited
more
than
half
the
countries
used
as
cases
in
this
book,
and
has
lived
for
extended
periods
in
the
United
States,
Britain,
Kenya,
South
Africa,
and
Zimbabwe.
