This is the second volume of the series of catalogues that the University of Santo Tomas has been undertaking, the purpose of which is to provide complete bibliographical listing of all the rare and precious collections of the Library. Volume II was originally planned to include the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries collections but due to its extensive coverage, it has been resolved to finally publish the three centuries in separate volumes.
