PAUL LEIGH is currently a Professor of Economics at San Jose State University and a research economist at Stanford Medical Center./e He is a recipient of research grants from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the National Institute on Aging, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, the National Safety Council, the Economic Policy Institute, and the National Science Foundation.
