An epic time travel and adventure that brings a husband and wife closer together as they learn about each other and what life is about when they are thrust back in time to a place that neither one is familiar with except through some research that they have delved into over their lifetimes. Learning about the past via a textbook is quite different than experiencing the elements and eating in a society where modern conveniences simply do not exist. Traveling through time engages these characters and showcases what some pioneers may have experienced during their lives and how history is often left behind.
