The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has prepared this Comprehensive Conservation Plan to guide the management of Central Arkansas National Wildlife Refuge Complex. This Complex is comprised of Bald Knob, Big Lake, Cache River, and Woodruff Counties of east and central Arkansas.
