Participants learn how to resolve conflicts, have difficult conversations, grant forgiveness, overlook weaknesses, celebrate strengths, and grow casual relationships into deep friendships.

The curriculum provides twelve lessons, activities, homework discussion, and Make It Real life applications. The self-explanatory leader's notes in the back give detailed directions for leading an individual or a small group through the study.
