Notă biografică
Catherine Rees is a lecturer in Drama at Loughborough University. She has a wide interest in all areas of Irish Studies, focusing primarily on Irish theatre, the subject of her doctoral thesis being playwright Martin McDonagh. She has published widely on his work and has recently edited one of his plays for Methuen. She has also published on other areas of Irish national identity and theatre. She is interested in the study of trauma and postmodernity, and has also published in other areas of contemporary British theatre, namely on the work of Sarah Kane and Harold Pinter.
