Daena Giardella is a professional actress, creativity coach, radio host, and motivational speaker who has been inspiring people from all walks of life to cultivate and express their creativity for more than 20 years. Daena’s talents were featured in the reality-based television series The Life Makeover Project with Cheryl Richardsonfor the Oxygen television network. She has appeared on numerous other TV and radio shows, including the PBS series Discovering Psychology. This is Daena’s first book.
Wren Ross is a professional actor, singer, and devoted knitting designer. She has designed for Classic Elite Yarns, Artful Yarns, Skacel Knitting and Himalaya Yarns, and her work has been in Interweave Knits and Ultimate Knitting magazines. She performs a lively cabaret “Singing with Every Fiber” at many wool gatherings, including the NYC Knit-Out. Wren has taught creativity workshops for more than 20 years.
