Charley Cooper has inherited a family 'gene' that allows him to 'step-out' of 'Earth-Time' and into another time - known simply as 'Other-Time'. Here, as part of a 'team', Charley has developed 'abilities' and helped defeat a new threat - in the guise of Patrick Blackthorne. With Blackthorne defeated Charley's 'double-life' should, now, become easier but, it seems, there is still a problem - and another adventure for Charley to face.
