How about a book where it starts right away?

The settings used are actual locales in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

And it's brought to the reader by an author who grew up on the south side of Chicago and lived on these streets and knows firsthand what it feels like to sink his fist into another man. And knows firsthand what it feels like to be part of a growing number of Americans who are left out of the American Dream. Criminal or not.
