Part 1: Inclusion Works explains how the Americans with Disabilities Act affects child care programs. It demonstrates how programs are making inclusion work in conventional settings. Part 2: Working Together to Include Everyone describes how families and programs can interact with special service providers to get the help they need. It shows successful, inclusive programs. The training manual includes reproducible handouts and transparencies for three modules: Understanding Special Needs, Key Strategies for Inclusion, and Implementing Inclusion in Your Program.
