Notă biografică
Wang Weiguang is President, of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS); CPC Party Secretary; Chair, CASS Academic Presidium; Ph.D. Philosophy; doctoral advisor, professor; member, CASS Academic Council. Areas of specialty include Marxist theory and philosophy, theoretical and practical issues of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
Zheng Guoguang is the the Administrator of the China Meteorological Administration (CMA), responsible for CMA's overall administration. He also serves as Chairman of the National Climate Committee of China, Chairman of the Chinese Committee of the Global Climate Observing System (CGOS), Member of the National Leading Group to Address Climate Change and Energy Conservation & Pollutant Discharge Reduction, deputy Director of the Office of the National Leading Group to Address Climate Change, Vice President of the Chinese Meteorological Society, Permanent Representative of China with the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), member of the WMO Executive Council, Focal Point of China for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), principal member of China for the Intergovernmental Board on Climate Services (IBCS).
Pan Jiahua is general director at the Institute for Urban and Environmental Studies, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; research fellow and doctoral supervisor. His research specialties include world economics, climate change economics, urban development, energy and environmental policies.
