Old Town is the roughest and poorest part of the city. When the richest man in town kills himself in old Town and someone shoots the body for good measure, things start to get complicated. It's left to detective Donovan Green to sort through the socialites and the grifters to find out who would shoot a dead man, and why some wounds never heal.
