Notă biografică
Chris Orr was born and lives in London. He is a painter and printmaker trained at the Royal College of Art where he was Professor of Printmaking 1998–2008. He was elected Royal Academician in 1995. His narrative work is satirical and very funny, with its roots in the reality of the world’s problems. His work is in the collections of the Arts Council, Tate Britain, The Victoria and Albert Museum and the Royal Academy. He has had many solo exhibitions of his work throughout the world and has many followers.|Dr Richard Davey is an established writer on contemporary art and artists including Tess Jaray RA, Anthony Whishaw RA, Leonard McComb RA, John Newling, Stephen Chambers RA and Anselm Kiefer. He has curated exhibitions internationally and was a judge of the John Moores Painting Prize in 2016. He is a Senior Research Fellow in the Nottingham School of Art and Design, Nottingham Trent University.
