An inspirational novelette. Mary Sands, our main character, is 75-years-old and looking back on her life. It's Christmas Eve and her two granddaughters, Sarah and Jennifer, are asking her to once again tell them the wolf story. It is a narrative about the time she got lost in a blizzard on Christmas Eve when she was 7-years-old, and saved by a wolf. Mary begins to tell the incredible and amazing story of her survival.
