Radio talk Jock Val Virgo considers himself an entertainer, not a political pundit. So when he receives an on-air death threat, from a self-described aboriginal militant, a few days before Christmas, Virgo laughs it off as a sick joke. Next day, when he wakes up in a hospital bed, he is no longer amused. Why would any self-respecting "terrorist" stoop to planting a bomb in the apartment of a glorified disk jockey? In search of the answer to this vital question the former "Izzy Miller" takes a trip down memory lane, to the mean streets of his misspent youth, and finds love along the way. The race against time comes to an explosive conclusion, on Christmas Eve, when Virgo also finds a long-lost enemy hiding in plain sight on his doorstep. One hour too late...
