Textul de pe ultima copertă
Chronic Crisis is straightforward, accessible, and directly to the point about the real issues affecting the United States healthcare market. Anyone who has previously shied away from the healthcare discussion, or been intimidated by the seemingly bottomless well of data from which pundits draw their arguments, will find here a fresh look at all sides of this discussion.Fillerup provides easy explanations of industry-specific terms, a review of several nations' successful healthcare delivery systems, and a brief gaze at the hole into which the United States health insurance industry is presently sliding. Here is a keep-it-simple perspective regarding reform, and a long and cheerful list of the secondary economic and social benefits that accompany any truly sustainable universal healthcare system. This is presented in a very readable, all-the-cards-are-on-the-table style.
