Sebastiano Patti is a PhD in Public Economics. He teaches Environmental Economics at the University of Catania (Italy). He also worked for the national government and for national and regional public bodies. In fact, he continues to work as a consultant for public and private organizations. His research focuses on environmental assessment of production cycles. He has written several publications on the relationship between tourism development and environmental sustainability. She is part of European research groups and coordinates projects funded by European funds. He is referee for scientific journals as Sustainability, Energies, Environment, Development and Sustainability.
