Dr Malik Ajani obtained his PhD at Royal Holloway, University of London. He specialises in the study of citizenship, diversity and society. This book is a result of his illuminating research journey and travels across England. The fruits of this journey included meeting citizenship educators with different religious and non-religious backgrounds, and co-cultures, who contributed to his understanding of global citizenry, its challenges and its opportunities.
