Luke really wanted to know what was concealed behind the heavy metal doors but Sam was sure it would be a waste of time and no hidden treasure would be found...


The boys were more cautious as they walked out of the tunnel into the sunlight. Does danger lay ahead or will there be adventures? How do they explain their clothing being so different from Nellie and Tom's, without revealing their true identity?


They had to try to avoid the 'cowboys' but the town was not that big and the 'cowboys' were mean and carried real guns. Luke and Sam were able to defuse situations at home with bullies but these were real criminals.
