Jared Koch graduated premed from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and is a nutritional consultant and health coach certified by the Teachers College of Columbia University, the Global Institute for Alternative Medicine and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He lives in Fort Lee, NJ.
Ashley Spivak is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and a nutritional consultant certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She studied at The Natural Gourmet Institute and has long been involved in the restaurant industry having done everything from managing openings to menu development to working in the kitchen. She started re-color the palate, a consulting practice that helps individuals and companies integrate more nutrient-dense foods into their every day routines.
