Donald D. Stull is associate professor of anthropology and research associate in the Institute for Public Policy and Business Research at the University of Kansas.
Jean J. Schensul is executive director of the Community Council of the Capitol Region, Hartford, Connecticut, and associate professor of anthropology at the University of Connecticut.
