Dale Weldon is a typical young man of 1941; recently graduated from high school and continuing his education when World War II spreads to include the United States. Colors in the Air is the story of Dale, and his new bride Gladdy. As they live and fight through the global conflict, both look forward to the day when they will be reunited.
