This book discusses the role of electronic governance in least developed countries (LDCs) within the context of public finance management and service delivery keeping in view of the experience of Afghanistan. Bashirullah Najimi is an expert on international development and public finance management and has worked extensively on public sector budgets, foreign aid management, and analysis. He has also worked with the International Budget Partnership, the Afghan Parliament, the Government of Dubai, and with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and United States Development Agency (USAID) funded projects. Najimi holds a postgraduate diploma in international development from Centennial College of Toronto, Canada, and a master's degree in economics and finance from International Islamic University of Islamabad, Pakistan.
