This book tells about the shocking deaths of a mother and sister in the same year - only seven months apart. It tells how coping with their deaths was almost impossible and how recollections of scriptures provided comfort. The reason why I am writing this book is to share the reservoir of hope, comfort and consolation that I received from my recollections of scriptural verses. They provided me with comfort and strength when I felt I could no longer go on. At times when I thought that I could no longer cope, a thought from the scriptures came to mind and gave me strength. During the course of writing this book, the scriptures reaffirmed my faith in the resurrection that offers me the hope that I will see Mother and my sister again. I wrote this book to share with readers the scriptures that gave me comfort and hope while I was struggling to cope with the deaths of both Mother and my sister. Those who are mourning the loss of loved ones may find consolation in these verses.
