"Comfort Ye My People", the title derivative of Isaiah Chapter 40 verses 1 and 2, was etched upon my heart at a spiritually pivotal point. At that time I resided in a state other than my hometown (and my life situation being as it was) the Holy Spirit impressing upon me to give that particular title to my upcoming publication-gave certain definition to a number of things! That is to say chiefly, that almost instantaneously I began to adopt and adhere to the creed the Master passed down when he charged the Apostle Peter saying "... when you are converted, strengthen your brethren!" L. Foster, Senior Lionel Foster is a God-fearing man and a true believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ. His faith is strong and evident, and is coupled with perseverance, a broad base of scriptural knowledge, and an eagerness to offer fervent prayer.
