Notă biografică

Professor Bronislaw Sitek (born 1958) is a Professor of Roman Law at the Law Faculty of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He also writes extensively on human rights, public administration and comparative law. Jakub J. Szczerbowski, PhD (born 1982), is an Assistant Professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He concentrates on the problems of comparative contract and tort law. He is a board member of the Polish Association of Law and Economics. Aleksander W. Bauknecht, MA (born 1984), is a lawyer, linguist and a PhD candidate at the Law Faculty of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He specializes in German contract law. He is also a member of the Society for Indo-European Studies and a language editor of several scientific journals.
