Subhash Chandra is Scientific Officer in the Natural Language Processing group at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Kolkata, India, and Girish Nath Jha is Associate Professor in Computational Linguistics at the Special Center for Sanskrit Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, India. He was recently given an honorary professorship at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, USA, as Mukesh and Priti Chatter Distinguished Professor of History of Science in 2009.
