Cooking Therapy - A Chef's Quarantine Journal This cookbook is dedicated to all the people who have been touched by COVID-19. We all had to shelter-in-place (SIP) to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe. Cooking on a daily basis became the norm and at times challenging. For me, cooking amidst the crisis allowed me to become even more creative with what was available in the grocery stores. Where bread was scarce on grocery store shelves, we all learned to bake bread from scratch. Pantry cooking became a mystery basket. This is recipe journal I wanted to share on what I cooked and how I was feeling during the pandemic. It has been a time of reflection. In a world where we feel so separated right now, food always brings people together. There is always HOPE. I share my recipes with you, so that you can bring some comfort to your tables at home.
