Am fost foarte mulțumita de serviciile prestate de Book Express. Livrarea a fost facută mai devreme decât mă aşteptam şi cărţiile au ajuns ik condiţie perfectă. Am primit e-mail-uri constante pentru a mă informa despre stadiul de procesare in care se afla comanda. De asemenea, cand am facut comanda, am comandat doua exemplare, un operator m-a sunat imediat pentru a se asigura ca primesc exact ce vreau, fapt pe care l-am apreciat.
