Notă biografică
The late Stephen Seabrooke was a Principal Lecturer at the Inns of Court School of Law. He published extensively on evidential topics and lectured on continuing education courses for criminal practitioners throughout the country. John Sprack practised for a number of years as a barrister and is now a Reader at the Inns of Court School of Law, where he is Course Leader of the LLM in Criminal Litigation. He is the editor of the Procedure section of Blackstone's Criminal Practice, author of Emmins on Criminal Procedure and contributes on developments in criminal procedure to the electronic service Crime Online.
