Placed under martial law after the president's campaign headquarters are attacked, Massachusetts is a state besieged by fear and in need of a hero. Vampire-werewolf hybrid Terrowin Seneca is that hero.

Rejected by both vampires and werewolves as a half-breed abomination, Terrowin is forced to live among humans.
