Notă biografică
The holder of a PhD in Business Sciences, Nehme Azoury is Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Business and Commercial Sciences at USEK, where he teaches Strategic Management and Corporate Governance courses. He is Secretary General of the Arab Society of Faculties of Business Administration, and one of the eight members of the scientific committee of Eduniversal, as a representative of the Eurasian region. He is the author of several publications and the editor-in-chief of the Arab Economic and Business Journal and the Lebanese Journal of Economics and Management. He is currently Managing Partner at Widein, a consultancy firm based in Lebanon. Frank Bournois is the Chair at the Faculty of Law and Business at Pantheon-Assas University (Paris 2), and is the possessor of a PhD, whilst also possessing an Accreditation to Supervise Research in business, from Lyon III University. He is the Director of the CIFFOP (Centre Interdisciplinaire de Formation a la Fonction Personnel) and Visiting Professor to many foreign universities (Oxford, Cranfield, Utah, Liverpool, etc.). Between 2000 and 2001, he served as a Consultant for Higher Education at the National Education Ministry and as a member of the aggregation jury for higher education and the ENA. He is a Knight of the Legion of Honour, an Officer of the National Order of Merit, a recipient of The Academic Palms, a Knight of the National Order of Agricultural Merit and an Officer of Arts and Letters.
