Recenzii
This is an important and timely book that offers knowledge and practical guidance for all of those studying HRM.
A very complete book offering a critical view on contemporary HRM themes and practices. It is academically rigorous, uses clear examples and explains complicated topics in clear language.
A much-needed textbook that draws together different perspectives on HRM and encourages critical analysis. It is highly readable and comprehensive in its coverage of core HR topics ... This is an excellent and essential book for any undergraduate or postgraduate student specialising in HRM.
A welcome textbook for undergraduate and postgraduate students. It brings some fresh topics like Corporate Governance, Politics, the Regulatory Environment and HRM in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises that are usually missing in core HRM textbooks. I recommend this book for getting a broader, international and critical perspective of HRM.
