For years, Kevin Johnson has struggled as a single parent while serving on active duty with the US Navy. The threat of being separated from his family always loomed on the horizon. But now that he's retired from active duty, Kevin can rest a little easier, settle down, and focus his attention on his family.

Two of Kevin's three children are grown and have left home.
