Notă biografică
Wolfgang Muno is Chair of Comparative Government at the University of Rostock since 2018. His research interests include the study of populism and democracy with a focus on Latin America as well as the study of Latin America in international relations and development and underdevelopment in Latin America. He has conducted research at numerous international universities, such as the Johns Hopkins University, University of Texas at Austin (USA), University of Ottawa (Kanada), Universidad Nacional de La Plata and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina), and Universidad de Havana (Cuba). His most recent books include Venezuela - Dimensions of a Crisis (2023, co-edited with Miguel Angel Latouche and Alexandra Gericke) and Populismus an der Macht (Populism in Power, 2021, co-edited with Christian Pfeiffer).
Christian Pfeiffer is research assistant at the Chair of Comparative Government at the University of Rostock. His research focuses on current politics inIbero-America and populism. He has been a visiting researcher at numerous universities, including the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, the Universidad de Havana, and the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His most recent books include Populismus an der Macht, (2022, edited with Wolfgang Muno) and Auswärtige Kulturpolitik in Spanien und Deutschland (2021).
