Paul Cornish is Professor of Strategic Studies in the Strategy and Security Institute at the University of Exeter. Rex B. Hughes is a visiting fellow for cyber security at Wolfson College, University of Cambridge and at the Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto. David Livingstone is an associate fellow in international security at Chatham House.
