Author Bio: G. Forest

As a writer, G. Forest sees the world through stories. After her husband received a Traumatic Brain Injury in 2008, she struggled to explain such a complicated injury to her two young sons. Daddy's Different is a story inspired by their own experience in the hopes of shining light on this difficult subject.

G. Forest lives in Vancouver, WA with her two sons and husband. She is currently working towards her Bachelor's degree in English at Washington State University. This is her first children's book.

Illustrator Bio: Vivian Mattila Walikainen

Vivian acknowledges she is a work in progress and is thankful for each moment of life, especially the good stuff. Her relationship with Jesus sustains her through the ups and downs life brings. She is married, blessed with six children (plus one son-in-law), and treasures a beautiful grandson. She is working on her bachelor's degree in Human Development. Entertaining, traveling, writing, and painting are highlights in her life.
