Notă biografică

Bob Brier is Senior Research Fellow at the C. W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville, New York. Recognized as one of the world's foremost experts on mummies, he conducts pioneering research in mummification practices and has investigated some of the world's most famous mummies. He has conducted research in pyramids and tombs in 15 countries and has hosted award-winning television specials for TLC. He is the author of over 100 articles and several books, including The Murder of Tutankhamen (1998), The Encyclopedia of Mummies (1997), Egyptian Mummies (1994), and Ancient Egyptian Magic (1980).Hoyt Hobbs is Professor of Philosophy at the C. W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville, New York. He is author of Fielding's Complete Guide to Egypt and the Archaeological Sites (1983) and A Complete Guide to Egypt and the Archaeological Sites (1981). His research interests include epistemology, logic, Egyptology and history.
