Dallas Revisited is the latest novel by humorous chick lit author Jo Dean. The novel is a glorious send up of American Soap Opera, such as the flagship soap, Dallas and sees single mum Henrietta embark on a journey from her quiet Buckinghamshire cottage in England to the Hollywood Hills to live with compulsive obsessive Dicky. Along this road less travelled, Henrietta finds that life not only imitates art, but TV and she finds that her solitary life of watching endless reruns of Dallas begins to imitate the drama she has been watching in real life.
