Amongst the challenges, the imprisonment phase of Teresa's life was undeniable, a life-changing moment. Not allowing for society to uncover her secret, it leads her to fall into a mental-distress, without any certainty in life. The verticals of challenges and the ability to "hide the cold shame" from everyone in Teresa's life becomes the ultimate obstacle in her life. But through time, Teresa learns a valuable lesson, through empowering words that are few, but held a heavy infliction on Teresa.
