Urania is the Founder/President Emeritus of the International Association of Pastel Societies (IAPS), established in 1994. Urania's story is one of positive attitude, thankfulness, and a pay-it-forward belief. Devoting herself to learning how to paint as a young mother of three, she instilled "Yes I Can" in countless artists who have followed in her footsteps.
